UPDATE: Easing of restrictions announced by the Queensland Government.
From 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022, guests are not required to check-in and to be fully vaccinated to access any premises operated by Binna Burra Lodge.
COVID-19 Temporary Cancellation Conditions:
In such event that Federal or State issued COVID-19 travel restrictions prevent travel, or if either you, or your travelling companions tests positive to COVID-19 or is a close contact to someone who did, ‘Binna Burra’ will (up until the day of arrival), allow a deferral of the reservation as an exception to the extenuating circumstances below. This deferral, issued in the form of a booking extension voucher, will allow the full booking deposit to be retained, and used towards future purchases at ‘Binna Burra’ within a period of 12 months.

Hand Sanitisation Units
It’s now compulsory for guests to apply hand sanitiser when approaching hotel reception counters.
COVID-19 screening questions are included on our pre-arrival emails and registration card for all patrons to answer upon check-in.
Enhanced deep cleaning and sanitisation protocols are implemented for guest rooms.
In Your Room
Magazines, publications & compendiums have been removed from guest rooms.
All furniture and high touch items will be regularly sanitised at increased frequencies.
All of our venues are now fitted with a total capacity poster at the entrance. Some limits apply to guest rooms if you are not of the same household.
Clean & Green.
Cleanliness and hygiene have always been of the utmost importance here at Binna Burra. Our team works hard to ensure the best eco-friendly cleaning products and practices are used in our Sky Lodges, campsite, cafe, and public areas. We are pleased to say that we have now ramped it up even further with extra cleaning protocols and processes, to make sure you stay safe and can enjoy all things Binna Burra completely stress-free.
