Head Chef
As Head Chef you will be responsible for all menu requirements for our Teahouse, Bushwalkers Bar, and Conference, Events and Weddings. You will also be part of planning for a new dining area build. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about local produce, who will promote paddock to plate cooking, and be a leader in eat local events.
Chef/Cook
The Chef / Cook position will be required to prepare and serve exceptional quality food through this iconic and historic venue. This is a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of local produce and contribute to the rebuilding process of Binna Burra Lodge.
Cafe Assistant Manager
This position is suited to a hands-on individual, with strong organisational and communication skills and previous experience in restaurants and/or cafes. You will be required to provided the highest standard of leadership, quality and attention to detail through all phases of service to ensure an impeccable dining experience for every guest.
