Our talented team of Chefs have created a range of special wedding menu options suitable for a formal sit down reception for up to 100 people, through to an intimate cocktail style gathering.

As a fully licensed venue, we can offer you a set price beverage package or alternatively you may choose to have drinks on a consumption basis.

Additional Charges/Conditions

 

  • Deduct $10.00 per person if you do not require dessert
  • Add $5.00 per person if you have your wedding cake for dessert
  • Children under the age of 12 are charged 70% of the adult price
  • Special Children’s Menu available at $15 per child (12 years and under)
  • Children under the age of 3 are $5.00 per child
  • All options include freshly brewed Tea & Coffee

  • Poached Chicken flavoured with Lemon Thyme served with pumpkin and polenta cake and chervil mustard cream sauce
  • Tender Beef eye fillet medallions, pan fried and served on a mustard crouton, with whiskey cream sauce
  • Rolled fillet steaks filled with spring lamb, bacon, shallots, served on a bed of char grilled vegetables and drizzled with red wine reduction

Beverages

Consumption

Commonly known as a bar tab. You are welcome to set a pre-arranged amount for beverages to be offered to your guests. You also have the opportunity to select the items you wish to be on offer. Spirits can also be offered to your guests and you can pre determine the amount you would like to spend. You also have the option to increase this amount on the night by simply notifying our staff and arranging payment for the value of the increase.

  • Wine selection may change throughout the year as our menu changes
  • Binna Burra is a fully licensed venue therefore NO BYO is permitted
  • Beverages cannot be removed from selected ceremony or reception areas
