Binna Burra's experienced leaders provide guidance, education & fun in the outdoors. Exciting activities are offered on a daily basis, and our activities consider children's developmental abilities, interests and needs, bringing satisfaction, fulfilment and enjoyment .
Bush walks, earth sky and water, picnics and other rainforest adventures are the reasons why kids want to keep coming back. We also do rock-climbing for kids during school holidays, and don’t forget the Flying Fox (check for availability).
The activities are open to Lodge and Campsite guests or casual visitors. Children must be supervised by adults. It's an unforgettable and natural family experience encomapssing traditional family values and getting back to nature.
Adventure Playground
The Adventure Playground is based at the Lodge, and is an exciting, educational and natural playground. Kids learn about the environment with interpretative signage, whilst having physical fun manoeuvring their way around the ‘nutrients’ maze. The playground is free for all to enjoy, and has a mini-Flying Fox for the little ones.
Flying Fox
Kids aged 8 and upwards are allowed to ride on the 160m Flying Fox, located at beautiful Bellbird Clearing. Zip through the treetops on this exciting activity! Great for adults too. Times may vary. Call the Lodge to find out then the Flying Fox is scheduled.
Adventure Birthday Parties!
Are you looking for something different for your kids party? Adventure Birthday Parties are for 5 - 16 year olds, and offer three choices of activities, along with a sausage sizzle, juice & water, and a birthday cake (optional). Minimum numbers are 8, maximum group size is 15. Choose from rock-climbing (recommended for 5 -10 yrs); flying fox, or abseiling.
