    • Annual General Meeting:  Commences: 09:00 am, scheduled for completion at 10:30 am
    • Short break: 10:30 am to 10:45 am

    • Members encouraged to visit Tea House for lunch (with shareholder discount) from 12:00 pm to 02:00 pm

Share Registry Login and Voting

To vote online during the meeting, you must have an account on our share registry system. Our share registry system is provided by Registry Direct Limited. If you do not have an account, either follow any instructions provided to you to set up your account or email the company secretary at [email protected]. To log in to your account go to https://www.registrydirect.com.au/login/binnaburralodge/.

To vote online during the meeting, you must log in then follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the Meetings menu item;
  2. From the list of meetings, select the meeting and holding you wish to action;
  3. Enter the “Attendance Verification Code”. The Attendance Verification Code will be provided during the meeting;
  4. Cast your vote for each resolution; and
  5. For any additional holdings, repeat steps 2 to 4.
