Canvas Cabins
Onsite safari-style tents accommodate 2 to 6 people and are furnished with pine beds and mattresses, table and chairs, vinyl floors, screened opening windows, lighting and your own private veranda with rainforest or Coomera Valley views. Each cabin has its own fire pit, and wood is available to buy from the Lodge. BYO linen, blankets and pillows or ask Reservations about our linen hire service.
Tent and Drive-on Sites
Located in the rainforest, options include a variety of tent sites and a limited number of powered and un-powered van sites suitable for campervans.
Dining options
- The Lamington Tea House Licensed Café and Restaurant located adjacent to the campgrounds provides cafe style meals and snacks, Devonshire teas, cakes and slices with a selection of teas & coffees. Open from 7.30am – 4pm on Fridays, and 7.30am – 8pm on Saturdays (pizzas available on Saturday nights from 5pm – 7.30pm).
- The Clifftop Dining Room at the Lodge is just a short walk from the campsite and is open for breakfast, lunch (Monday - Friday) and dinner (fully licensed). Book at the Lodge reception.
- Campsite cooking facilities are available (coin-operated hot plates & BBQs), and the Lamington Teahouse shop stocks a limited range of grocery items, BBQ packs & packed lunches. Milk, bread, ice and drinks are available from either the Lodge or the teahouse.
Activities
Campsite guests are also welcome to participate in the guided bushwalks, flying fox and abseiling for a nominal charge. See the Activities Program at the Lodge reception or call to find out what's on next week.
What to bring
You will need comfortable, waterproof walking shoes and clothing, thick socks and sun hat, as well as a pullover for the evenings (yes - even in summer). And don't forget your camera!

- Coin-operated gas barbeque stoves and hot plates (cooking is NOT permitted inside canvas cabins)
- Canvas cabins have lighting but no power points or refrigeration
- LPG gas re-fills
- Firewood available at the Lodge
Arrival and departure
- Check in at the Lodge Reception
- Accounts must be paid in full on arrival
- Late arrivals can pick up a map and site number from the notice board outside the Lodge Reception. Check in at Reception the following morning
- Check out time is 10am - please ensure site is free of litter

Payment:
- A deposit of one night tariff is required on booking to confirm a reservation.
- If paying by cheque or direct deposit, payment must be received within 5 days of making the reservation.
- Reservations in peak periods i.e. Easter and Christmas / New Year require full payment 14 days prior to arrival.
- VISA or Mastercard preferred. EFTPOS is available. American Express & Diners Club are no longer accepted.
Cancellations:
- More than 28 days in advance will be refunded total deposit paid.
- Between 28 to 14 days of arrival are charged at 50% of deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit paid. (Full amount of booking forfeited in peak periods).
- Outside of 14 days, deposits may be transferred to another date no more than 6 months in advance with no fee. NB Deposits do not guarantee the rate to remain the same.
- We recommend travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
