All BB & DBB tariffs include our daily activities program and a communal cheese platter at sunset in the historic Library.
What to bring: The atmosphere at the Lodge is very informal so just bring casual clothes to relax in. You'll also need a hat, comfortable walking shoes, thick socks, a raincoat, swimwear and a pullover (yes - even in Summer). And don't forget your camera!

What to bring: Safari tents are equipped with beds and mattresses, but you will need to bring your own bedding (sheets, doonas and pillows). Alternatively you can hire linen packs from the Lodge. Please arrange when making your reservation. You will also need to bring your own pots & pans, crockery and cutlery. Each site has its own fire-pit. Fire wood is available to buy at the Lodge.

Special Conditions:
- All rates are in Australian dollars & inclusive of Goods and Services Tax
- Minimum 4 nights of stay for Christmas. 15% Tariff Surcharge applies for public holidays
- Minimum 3 nights over New Years Eve
- Additional Cot/Rollaway Charge of $10 per night for Campsite Guests only
- Child policy: 5 – 15 yrs. Free of charge 0-4 years of age inclusive
- Children in a separate room pay adult rate
- When 1 Adult & children in one room: adult single and child rate applies
Payment:
- A deposit of one night's tariff is required on booking to confirm a reservation.
- If paying by cheque, the cheque must be received within 5 days of making the reservation.
- Full payment for accommodation must be made on arrival
- Reservations in peak periods i.e. Easter and Christmas / New Years require full payment 14 days prior to arrival.
NB Above period includes Christmas stays between 23rd December 2010 - 2nd January 2011, Easter stays between 2nd April 2010 - 6th April 2010 - VISA or Mastercard preferred. EFTPOS is available. American Express & Diners Club on departure are no longer accepted.
Cancellations:
- More than 28 days in advance will be refunded total deposit paid.
- Between 28 to 14 days of arrival are charged at 50% of deposit paid
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit paid. (Full amount of booking forfeited in Peak Periods)
- Outside of 14 days, deposits may be transferred to another date no more than 6 months in advance with no fee. NB Deposits do not guarantee the rate to remain the same
- We recommend travel and cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances
While every effort is made to adhere to the advertised timetables and charges, the operators of Binna Burra Mountain Lodge reserve the right to alter or cancel any service or charge at any time.
