It was an eye-opener for all who attended the Sky Lodge morning tea in July 2011. The weather was perfect enhancing the uninterrupted views across the Valley. Wow! You won’t find a better view. Many of the Sky Lodge owners were there to see how their Lodges are progressing. In attendance was John Brent, Mayor of the Scenic Rim, and Cathie Johnston, Tourism Development Coordinator for the Scenic Rim. Due to a run of dry weather, the buildings are on schedule and due for completion in December 2011. Binna Burra’s new accommodation will boast spectacular views, spa-baths and fire places and will attract a new market to Binna Burra. From a 1 bedroom studio to a 3 bedroom apartment, the Sky Lodges can sleep up to 10 people.
